I reserve the right to refuse an order if the order is considered out of my possibilities or my comfort zone.

Payments are only and exclusively via Paypal. As the client you will provide me an e-mail where I will send the invoice.

Payment is 100% upfront before i start the commission.

You will receive a confirmation sketch. You are limited to 3 edits during the sketch stage, and 1 opportunity for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including tonalities, painting in missing details, text variations). Major changes in the finishing stage that affect the overall composition of the work are not allowed.

I only accept partial payments for commissions above 150€ but, you will have to pay the 50% of the full price.

In case of a drawing that has been partially paid, this will not be finished until the last payment has been received. The drawing will remain in an equivalent stage to the amount given. (Sketch, lineart, base color, etc...)

Please do not ask for the original .psd file unless it's included like L2D art. You will be provided a non background .png file.

It is absolutely forbidden to use my art with commercial use. In case of wanting this, you will have to add an extra cost which is minimun the +100% of the original price.

Both personal and commercial artwork by me (RagnaDrasilART) is NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Do not claim full credit for the creation of the artwork. The commissioner has ownership of the artwork, but I as the artist retain rights such as artist credits and publication of the artwork in my personal portfolio and social networks.

Publication and privatization of commissions must be discussed with me beforehand, specially for marketing purposes of the commercial artwork. This condition must be discussed with me BEFORE placing the order. (+100% of the original price will be added if you wish to have this as a private commission, this is without commercial use)

Republishing the commissioned artwork is allowed as long as it is properly credited, including linking to any social media account of the artist (RagnaDrasilART).

Changing characters is allowed if I have not started the commission. If I have already started you will not be able to make such changes. I advise you to maintain communication with me at all times.

Full refunds are allowed if I have not submitted progress in more than 5 months or if you have an emergency, otherwise I will not make such refunds. Partial refunds will be considered if I have already started. This will depend on what state the commission is on.

You will receive only a full digital resolution file of the commission. No physical item will be sent to your home address.

Prices are not negotiable.

Please take into consideration that art takes time. If your commission had a deadline let me know beforehand and consult this with me as I will be able to confirm if this will be ready by then.

I am not responsible for any false information given to me.

For NSFW commissions you must be 18 years of age or older.

When you place an order, I will send you a Google form in which you will have to agree to these terms of service. I am not responsible if you have not read them or have not consulted any questions you may have.

If I find that the terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and no transactions will be made with them in the future.

Be an honest customer have your own Paypal account and do not use someone else's, specially your parents, they must be aware and they must have given their prior consent. Charge-backs due to irresponsible purchase will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.

If you are a minor, have a consenting adult fill out the form and make the purchase. The payer will be responsible if charge-backs and refunds occur.

You may ask but do not harass me for commission slots or to check advances each day.
